the designation regarding ' water supply installations of the fujikura watershed ' includes the land and facilities such as the dam , reservoir and settling pond; as for the designation of ' railway installations of the usui pass ,' in addition to the connecting bridge and the tunnel , the entire system--including the land and the attached facilities such as the power plant--was designated as the object of preservation . 「藤倉水源地水道施設」についてはダム、貯水池、沈殿池などの施設と土地が、「碓氷峠鉄道施設」については連続する橋梁やトンネルに加え発電所などの付属施設と土地が併せて指定されており、単体の建造物としての橋梁やトンネルではなくシステム全体が保存の対象となっている。
